Terms for using Quick Tools

These terms explain acceptable use, tool limitations, temporary processing, and responsibility for outputs.

Acceptable use

  • Use the tools for lawful personal, educational, or business tasks.
  • Do not upload malware, illegal content, or files you are not allowed to process.
  • Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security checks, or temporary file controls.

Tool results

Outputs are provided for practical convenience and should be checked before use in production, legal, financial, medical, or security-sensitive contexts.

  • Conversions can involve rounding, source data limits, or browser precision limits.
  • QR codes, colors, images, and PDFs should be tested in their final use environment.
  • Security-related tools support checks but do not replace a full security process.

Temporary processing

Most tools run in the browser. Some workflows, such as selected QR and PDF operations, may send data to the server for temporary processing or redirect support.

Do not submit sensitive files or secrets unless the tool notes and Privacy Policy match your requirements.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when tools, processing behavior, or policy requirements change. For questions, use the contact page.
